If you feel yourself become upset, take your mind to that special place and you will begin to feel better.

You can also just leave. Take yourself out of the situation. Leaving will give you the time that you need to think and reflect on the situation. You will not say or do anything that you will regret later on. You can calm down and go back with a clear head and have an adult conversation about whatever it was that made you mad.

When taking classes you can learn how to identify the things that trigger your anger, learn how to return to a calm state, and respond in a non-aggressive manner.
